OATS CHICKEN PAKORA

Ingredients:
  • Chicken – 1 kg
  • Chopped and cleaned
  • Chilly powder – 1 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp
  • Oats – 2 cups
  • Flour – 1 cup
  • Egg white – 2
  • Salt – to taste
  • Ricebran Oil – to fry
Method:
  1. Marinate chicken in chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and vinegar. Keep it aside for few hours.
  2. Mix flour and oats in a bowl.
  3. Dip chicken in egg white.. cover in oats-flour mixture. Deep fry it in oil. Serve it with Roti.
